1. Order Processing and Handling
Order cutoff:
Orders placed after 2 PM EST on weekdays will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Shipping exceptions:
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. You will be contacted via email if there is a significant delay.
Processing time:
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days of receipt.
2. Shipping Options
Domestic Shipping: We ship to all 50 states, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2 business days.
International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.
3. Shipping Costs
Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
Expedited Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
Additional charges: Any customs, duties, or import taxes imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receipt.
