Returns & Refunds

• Process: 

  To initiate a return, customers should send an email for instructions.

• Refund Timeline: 

  Once the return is received, the Loved to the End will process it within 7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment. 

• Eligibility: 

  Customers can return products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. 

• Conditions: 

  Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. 

• Exceptions: Digital Downloads are non-returnable/Refundable.
